Matt Steiner
Lead Pastor

Pastor Matt has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Pandora Missionary Church since 2017. He is devoted to preaching God’s Word every Sunday and has a passion for seeing people grow closer to God. He and his wife, Sandy, love their community and want to see the hearts of Pandora and surrounding areas transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Tara Howell
Office Administrator

My daughter Beatrice, and I decided to make PMC our home church in 2020; it was the best decision! I got plugged in immediately with a women’s Life Group, our W.O.W. ministry, and the praise & worship team. Here at the church, I have a dual role where I am the Hospitality Coordinator and the Office Assistant. I am blessed that the Lord has placed a passion and desire in me to further His Kingdom. I feel it is important to not just "go to church" but to be "a part" of the church. That is where growth happens.

Tarrah Collert
Youth Ministries Director

My family has been attending PMC since 2013. My husband, Kevin, and I have three beautiful kids. One of the things that I love about PMC is that we can all plug into different ways to serve in the church using our individual gifts. Nothing is better than seeing my kids find a love for serving God. We have always felt at home here and have known it is where God wants us to be. At a young age, I learned from my dad the importance of a servant’s heart and the call that God has given us to serve others and share His truth. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to lead our children’s ministry. I pray that God continuously works in the hearts of all the kids in our church and that they grow to be strong followers of God, positively impacting this world for His kingdom.

Craig Fischer
Building and Grounds Director/Sound Production Manager

My wife, Jani, and I have been attending PMC since 2015. We are blessed with four children and five grandchildren. I’ve always had a desire to serve, not only my community through the fire service, but also my church family. At PMC, I help care for the facilities and help with Tech for sound during worship services. I truly enjoy being involved and interacting with fellow members of the church.

1 Peter 4:10 reminds us to use our God given gifts to serve one another, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do just that through serving both my community and my church.
